To guarantee your booking, we require a valid credit card number and expiration date (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, ATM, and CartaSi).
The residence reserves the right to check the validity of the credit card before arrival by requesting pre-authorization from the relevant circuit.
At check-in, you will receive the keys and essential information on how the suites operate. We will be happy to simplify your stay in Florence by pointing out bars, supermarkets, and laundromats near the residence. We will also be delighted to recommend restaurants, museums, shops, outlets, tours in Florence and beautiful Tuscany, and anything else you may desire.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; otherwise, the full amount will be retained.
Up to 1 child under 6 years old stays free of charge. Upon request, they can use a high chair and cot.
