Residenza Marchesi Pontenani is located in a Limited Traffic Zone, but when you arrive, we will regularize your transit through the electronic gates by communicating your car’s license plate number to the municipal police. We are easily accessible by car and from the railway stations of S. Maria Novella and Campo di Marte. Parking is available both along the Lungarno (blue lines) and in various covered parking areas. Private parking is also available.
By car – from the north
Highway A1 – exit FIRENZE NORD – Direction Centro. Follow the signs for “Centro-Viali Circonvallazione”. Pass Piazza della Libertà, continue past Piazza Beccaria, and proceed until you reach the Torre della Zecca Vecchia. Turn right onto the Lungarno of the same name, then turn right again (Via Delle Casine). At number 6, you will find a large and ancient green door where our office is located.
By car – from the south
Highway A1 – exit FIRENZE SUD – Direction Centro. Follow the “Lungarno” (along the river) until you are required to turn right onto the ring roads. At the first traffic light, turn left. Stay on the left and take the avenue toward the river. Keep to the right and when you reach Torre della Zecca Vecchia, turn right onto the Lungarno of the same name, then turn right again (Via Delle Casine). At number 6, you will find a large and ancient green door where our office is located.
