Free wireless connection available in all our suites.

The check-in service is available at our office at Via Delle Casine n°6, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. We kindly ask to be informed about your arrival time at least one day in advance, as we do not have a 24-hour reception. Upon request, it will be possible to visit the residence in the morning to leave your luggage.

Check-ins after 7:00 PM must be communicated in advance and will incur an additional cost. For check-ins after 7:00 PM, it will be possible to enter with a code via a numeric keypad. Before providing this information, we request a photo of all identification documents which can be sent to our email info@pontenani.com or via WhatsApp to +39 380 124 1597. We also request payment in advance.

Being an ancient building, it originally lacked an elevator. During renovation, we fortunately managed to install one while respecting the spaces and style of the palace. It is therefore possible to use it from the ground floor (where the office is located at Via Delle Casine 6) at the time of check-in and check-out, thus avoiding the inconvenience of carrying luggage and other items to the first and second floors via the stairs. During their stay, our guests will instead enter from the entrance at Via Tripoli 28, and after climbing one flight of stairs, can take the elevator from the first floor.

Linen change occurs every 3 days if necessary. Daily linen change is available at an additional cost.
